You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by banishing 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monsters from your Graveyard. You can Special Summon this card (from your Graveyard) by sending 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monsters from your hand to the Graveyard. When this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: You can target 1 Level 5 or higher DARK Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target.

What's so cool about this card is that he sets a "soft lock" for your opponent when you have either, Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon or Darkflare Dragon. Having them on the field at the same time with Pulsar may give you the victory. Imagine, Use Future Fusion. Dump 1 Pulsar, 1 REDMD, 2 Darkflare Dragons and 1 Eclipse Wyvern. Then Banish Dark Armed Dragon via Eclipse Wyvern's effect. Send 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster to SS Pulsar from grave. Banish Wyvern and a DARK monster except REDMD for a Chaos monster, add DAD to your hand. SS DAD. Use DAD's effect to pop Pulsar and SS REDMD from grave and SS Pulsar via REDMD's effect then attack for game. Ain't that awesome? Twisted Evil

Every Dragon deck needs a REDMD, so you shouldn't try it. Just use him at 3.
